Bryce Shuman's acclaimed restaurant Betony is currently serving a special for two that will knock the socks off offal lovers: A pheasant heart and gizzards tart served alongside the charcoal-roasted bird from which the organs came from. If your Valentine has a taste for organs, we highly recommend attempting to get a reservation. Try the early side too, because only about ten orders of the dish are offered each night. Think of this as a nose-to-tail meal (if a pheasant had a nose or tail).
